PPA Policy

PPA supports a training program for limited prescription privileges for psychologists. PPA
endorses the 1996 APA model guidelines on prescription privileges for psychologists. PPA will oppose any legislative efforts in Pennsylvania to train psychologists to prescribe psychotropic medications that include less training than that found in the 1996 APA guidelines. 12/15/96
